Eastern Towhee Gallery

Eastern Towhee
I was hiking on the South River Trail at Shenandoah National Park when I came across this male towhee with his beak stuffed full of bugs of all kinds. It was early June, so he probably had a hungry brood waiting for their next meal. He didn't rest long and I didn't hear any hungry chirps, so I'm not sure how close by his nest was.
