American Wildlife Galleries

These galleries contain some of my favorite pictures of wildlife of the United States. All photos of captive animals are labeled as such.

	Amphibians The colorfol rough-skinned newt is my favorite creature of the Northwest. Amphibians are a close second to reptiles as my favorite animals to photograph. Unfortunately, much like reptiles, they are the creatures I see the least.		Birds Birds come in a staggering variety of colors, shapes, sizes, and personalities. There are a ton of galleries in here, so kick off your shoes and stay awhile.
	Mammals Mammals come in all sizes, from the largest of the large to the smallest of the small. It doesn't matter how rare or common they are, I love to photograph them all.		Reptiles I love photographing wildlife of all kinds, but if I could choose only one, it would be reptiles. Probably an artifact of a childhood fascination with dinosaurs.
	Insects & Spiders Macro pictures of the little creepy-crawlies of the world and things that go bzzz in the night.		Creatures of the Tidepool A gallery of the little creatures who spend their entire lives in the tidepools of California and Oregon.
	Miscellaneous Animals A small gallery of miscellaneous animals like the banana slug and fiddler crab.
